    The source code is free for noncommercial use: charities, education, research, public bodies, and personal use. Resale, hosted services, and commercial use require a commercial licence from XBR.

    More than 500 staff or 25,000 registrations, isolation requirements, or a custom contract: an instance reserved for your organization, hosted in France or on your servers, with an SLA and a DPA. On quotation.

Pricing questions

How does the free trial work?

A new organization gets the Pro plan for 14 days, with no card required. Without a subscription at the end of the trial, it moves to the Free plan.

What happens when I reach a limit?

When your plan's registration limit is reached, the event shows as full. Existing registrations and assignments are kept, even if you move to a lower plan.

Can I change plans?

Yes, at any time from the billing page. The change is prorated.

How do I cancel?

There is no commitment: cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. For the next 30 days the account is read-only and your data stays visible and exportable, then the Free plan applies.

How am I billed?

Payment goes through Stripe and invoices are issued by XBR. Prices exclude tax. On a yearly plan, you pay for ten months out of twelve.

What about beyond the Large plan?

Above 500 staff or 25,000 registrations per event, we offer a dedicated instance or an installation on your own servers under a commercial licence, on quotation.
