About Adsumio

Adsumio is event management software published by XBR, a French company based in Paris.

What we do

Adsumio brings registration, QR tickets, mobile check-in, staff attendance, reminders, and surveys into one tool, to replace spreadsheets, paper lists, and stacked tools.

Where the name comes from

Adsum is Latin for “I am here”, the answer students gave at roll call. Adsumio is built around that moment: knowing who registered, who arrived, and who is on site.

Our principles

A few choices shape the product.

Hosting in France, with OVHcloud in Roubaix.
One database per organization on the platform.
No advertising trackers.
Source available: free for noncommercial use, under a commercial licence otherwise.
